Why I created this program…

I experienced the challenges of imposter syndrome and the struggle to land a job as a Scrum Master which is why I am passionate about helping others overcome these obstacles. I firmly believe that everyone with the drive and determination should have the opportunity to achieve professional success. Our program is designed to ensure that you have the resources and support needed to make a smooth transition into a rewarding Scrum career.

I have assisted nearly 100 individuals in the Scrum Immersion Program, 90% of whom had no prior tech or Scrum experience.  Dozens of them have secured six-figure remote jobs.

Our program emphasizes practical experience on a real project. You will have the opportunity to work alongside industry professionals, gaining hands-on experience and building your skills.

1. Who is the course for?

  • Aspiring Scrum Master’s who want to gain hands-on experience. We have helped people with all different types of background land the role. This includes teachers, medical professionals, accountants, stay-at-home parents, administrative assistants, marketing professionals, and more.  
  • Want to learn tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Miro.
  • Able to attend weekly classes on Saturday mornings EST and PDT. (Afternoon in CET)
  • Able to complete 2-3 hours of assignments per week.
  • Want accountability and guidance.
  • Have a winning mindset.

2. Who is the course not for?

  • Experience Scrum Master’s who don’t need to gain hands-on experience.
  • Don’t need to learn tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, and Miro.
  • Not able to attend weekly classes on Saturday mornings EST and PDT. (Afternoon in CET)
  • Not able to complete 2-3 hours of assignments per week.
  • Have a victim mindset.

3. How long is the course?

The course is 8 weeks long.  We meet every Saturday starting July 15th-September 2nd. We meet for two and a half hours each week.

4. What’s excluded from the program?

The services that are excluded from the program:

  • Resume Reconstruction
  • Individual Mock Interview

Post-Graduation Support includes the following:
